The "Rookies" Soccer program is a coed division of the YSA for Pre-K boys and girls. Both practices and games are held on Sundays. Teams consist of 12 player rosters and are coached by volunteer parents. Depending on the enrollment of boys to girls, the rosters should represent a balance of the boy-girl ratio. Uniforms are purchased on a designated sales day and players are expected to have two uniform shirts (red for home - black for away). Soccer fundamentals and concepts are progressive as players move up into other divisions. Field dimensions are smaller and emphasis is on sport play and fun.
WINNERS: Boys & Girls Kindergarten The "Winners" Soccer program is a coed division of the YSA for Kindergarten boys and girls. Both practices and games are held on Sundays. Teams consist of 14 player rosters and are coached by volunteer parents. Depending on the enrollment of boys to girls, the rosters should represent a balance of the boy-girl ratio. Uniforms are purchased on a designated sales day and players are expected to have two uniform shirts (red for home - black for away). Soccer fundamentals and concepts are more progressive as players move up from Rookies into the Winners division.
